Copenhagen's mid-August Fashion Week always provides a sneak peek into fall's coming styles, and as these pics reveal, a medley of ruffles, leather, and denim are bound to prevail. What's refreshing, however, is that everything is everyday wearable. Take, for example, the dramatic poet blouse, above, which makes a big statement but is easy enough to wear with jeans. I love these new iterations from Tuckernuck, Merlette, and Victoria Beckham. An oversized Khaite blazer, below, is a future (and forever) staple, as well as loose-fitting denim from Nili Lotan (similar to above) and Citizens of Humanity (pictured immediately below). To stave off the chill, we'll need a leather bomber (Pixie Market, Zara or The Attico) and a pair of yellow Sambas to get from here to there to everywhere!

I love a haphazard jumble of charms! I hand selected the ones featured here to design a playful statement necklace with LA-based designer Lisa Statt. It boasts the cutest eight charms from a malachite heart to an enamel shell, all colorful and adorable. You can find it here!

A cocktail party in Malibu last night served up the usual offerings: a glistening ocean backdrop, bite-sized cilantro-laced tacos, Oscar-winning guests and perfectly-distressed denim. One friend turned up in a new pair of slightly faded, nonchalantly-long Closed jeans--A.K.A., the right-this-minute silhouette (pictured above). This hot summer's halftime is boiling down to the white midi skirt! Fall's must-have flats are already stepping out and about. Mango's Alaia-inspired Mary Janes, above, and Dear Frances Khaite-like mesh ballerinas, below, are hitting my stride. I recently bought this sparkly pair by Steve Madden along with the $44(!) pearl slides, last pic, because summer's not over yet! I'm also eyeing these by Le Monde Beryl, Stuart Weitzman and Loeffler Randall.

Manhattan may be the polar opposite of Montauk (especially on a summer Friday at 5PM) but, bizarrely, they can accommodate the same exact wardrobe!
