Spring has not yet sprung but evidently its dresses have! European fashion show-goers are currently blossoming in floral and floaty midis, topped by coats and blazers to stave off the seasonal chill. I ADORE the JW Anderson, above, the Cecilie Bahnsen (second to last pic) and also have these on my wish list: an endlessly-sexy, day-to-night Dion Lee, Kobi Halperin (on sale and you will be even more elated when next fall's fringe hits), Topshop, Rebecca Taylor, The Reformation, Faithfull, and vintage Costarellos (sadly too small for me, but so, so beautiful!).

Miu Miu's puff-sleeve lapel blouse is the hottest ticket in town (i.e., Milan and Paris, just in the last week!). You can score the last few here, here, andhere. Or simply show up in these iterations by Zara, See By Chloe, And Other Stories, and Mango.

A couple of months ago, I strolled past Kaia Gerber and her mother Cindy Crawford on Prince Street. Their arms were entwined as they walked west, paparazzi trailing them. Eighteen-year-old Kaia looked as runway-sophisticated as her model mom, dressed in an oversized blazer and wide-leg jeans, accented, however, with youthful insouciance. It's an off-duty uniform that's improving with age, particularly over the last month of runway shows in New York, London and Milan. She's currently mastering polished tailoring (structured jackets, trouser-like jeans, long coats) and thrown-together (t-shirts, sneakers, low-heeled boots) in a way that's ageless and easy to emulate. Lucky for us! Let's start with the jeans, shall we? She favors The Reformation's high-waist trousers (last pic), Re/Done 70s high-rise jeans (here, here and here) and Celine, immediately below. Her go-to sneakers are New Balance 990's and Converse high-tops and versatile black boots are By Far. As for her blazers, she likes them big and bold, like these from Celine (below), The Reformation, Everlane and Topshop. button-down body suit, above, is also by The Reformation. Last but not least: sunglasses by Ray-Ban and (vintage) Ralph Lauren that top off retro-refined perfection.

In case there's any confusion about how to freshen up for spring, Milan's current street style spells it out perfectly. For starters, you'll need a mid-heel lace-up sandal to wear with everything, like the Bottega Veneta, above, or these by Porte & Paire, Emme Parsons (I have these and love!), Schutz, Jeffrey Campbell, and Isabel Marant. An elegant pair of menswear-inspired trousers (extra points for pleated) will do it all. Check out these from Ganni, Topshop (or these), H&M, Nanushka (leather!), and J.Crew (denim!). For a cool pop of glint, pile on a chain-link statement bag. See the poised-to-be-iconic Bottega in second to last pic, but there's also these way less pricey options by Topshop and Madewell. Lastly, try a pair of opaque tights to get you through those 50-degree days stylishly. Black, of course, is ultra-versatile, but a bold Gucci print or an unexpected color (see Prada Fall 2020 show) will really stir things up!

My new gold heart necklace, above, came with a whole lot of love--given to me and designed by my dear friend Molly Sims--and is getting a whole lot of love! The compliments are flowing like crazy. It's the perfect layering piece, and yet is also beautifully elegant on its own. Find the love here! (Of course, my beloved gold link necklace and turquoise pendant is by Jenna Blake, dress by Doen, on sale, and bikini by San Lorenzo.)

Make room for colored leather in your closet. I'm talking all hues under the sun, just now spotted everywhere from NYC (below) to Milan (above) to the Fall 2020 runways (Gucci, immediately below)--and up for grabs now. Some tempting outfit-updating finds include these by Pixie Market (on sale), Topshop, Nanushka (second to last pic), H&M, Leith, and Rebecca Taylor.

Thanks to some last minute, spur-of-the-moment trips (one with friends and one with family), I've spent an inordinate amount of time lately in the South Pacific. I have, of course, done my best to rise to the challenge though (!), and dress myself appropriately. And by that I mean: cheap and cheerful dresses that work on and off the beach and back at home! Like the last-year Mango, above, which I shortened (similar here and here, and this $18! longer H&M); the vintage crochet, below (other finds here, here and here!); and the ruffled Shein, last pic. If I could do it again (which I intend to!), I'd bring this puff-sleeve Sundress and this gorgeous lace one, this Topshop, this lace dinner-bound Asos, this $19 floral H&M, and this pretty Haleiwa-ready Anthropologie.

From the look of things in London, big collars are going to stay big for a while. See the ground-breaking JW Anderson Fall 2020 show--and these street style pics here (Miu Miu, above; Ganni, last two snaps below). Apart from the pilgrim collars we've been seeing lately, there are now romantic ruffled necks as well as large-and-in-charge 70s-inspired blouses in the mix. Make your statement in any of these outfit-updating options from Frame (so, so versatile and on sale), Tory Burch, Rebecca Taylor and Zara (immediately below).

Today's brisk fifty-degree weather and pouring down rain isn't stopping London Fashion Week show-goers from busting out their newest spring staples, notably sexy sweaters (this, this and this), dark-wash jeans, and mid-height heels. The combo is everyday practical yet chic--and so, so doable across the pond. The perfect high-rise straight-leg jeans, above, are by Slvrlake, cardigan by Prada, and pumps are Bottega Veneta. Below: Dior slingbacks and jeans from Mother. (More spring-fresh, dark-wash options on sale by AG, Mother, The Reformation and Joe's.

Okay, so one of these Mark and Graham shadow letter monogrammed pouches will arrive a little late for Valentine's Day, but I don't care, it's so cute and will last for years on end. The only issue is which color combo??? (Leaning toward the yellow or blush.)
