The low heel offers easy-to-walk-in comfort and a bit of a lift, along with endless versatility. Summer won't be the only season to see my feminine, flowy dresses. This fall dictates more of the same, but with a decidedly '70s vibe. Think romantic, bohemian-leaning frocks that go with September-suitable sandals to cold weather boots and tights.
