For Throw Back Thursday, I thought I'd share this snap, taken earlier this month in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. A few girlfriends and I escaped LA for a few days of sun and siesta-ing (and swimming in the sea with whales at a safe distance!). It also afforded us the delightful opportunity to break out our favorite spring-fresh dresses, including the day-to-night (or or ) above. It may be Monday but I have Saturday night on my mind--and the best way to dress for it. This past Saturday was a biggie for me: Tequila! Dancing! Surprise Taylor Swift performance! More tequila! More dancing! And it was a learning lesson: Partying into the wee hours calls for a thoroughly party-worthy dress. Mine was not. I wish I could do it all over again and boogie down in one of these festive frocks by , , , , , and . Another radical idea: skipping the dress and wearing a head-turning top like the lace one, above, with fun pants.
