Never mind that it feels like January 33! The new year means new jeans! On tap for my 2019: a distinctly fresh denim silhouette that's slightly more loose-fitting, a little lower-waisted, straight-legged and just a teeny bit cropped. (However, I do predict that over the course of the year I will embrace the longer, next-big-thing styles like these by and .) For the last four days, I (and seven dear friends) have been running around Rome in the rain, relying on jeans to get us from the Vatican to Bibiloteca Angelica to the US Ambassador's residence (Hel-lo!) and then some.
