I have the top version of this (find it ), which I've been wearing everywhere--even in sub-zero Aspen last week (see pic ). It's garnered zillions of compliments and where-did-you-get-it queries. Clearly, I need the dress now and in too!

Going back to the grind just got a little more glamorous thanks to this work-ready shirt.

I spotted Gwyneth Paltrow the other night at a friend's holiday trunk show wearing the cutest, chicest pajama-inspired pants. They were black, cropped, and perfectly louche--and most suitable for the occasion as the vibe was relaxed and intimate. These pants, I discovered, are by . Of course! And they go with a matching silk-trimmed , creating what could be the coolest suit (pictured above) I've seen in a while. While I'd love to splurge on the whole shebang, I'm thinking something derivative will do, like this pajama-inspired that will make me feel both cool and comfy.

This faux fur sweater vest had me with its stripes, of course, but its layering possibilities are also delightfully endless.

This pretty scalloped top will do nicely to shake up the usual jeans-and-tee uniform. It also comes in white .

I recently indulged in a midweek two-day getaway with a friend, who brought only one but great jacket, which saw her through every lunch, dinner, and more. I'm thinking this statement jacket by Maje could do the same thing for me next time!

I've always been a ruffle girl, and fortunately, there's no better time to be one than this season, as feminine frills are in full bloom, ornamenting tops to fanciful Victorian effect.
