It's been nearly three years since Lela Rose has a staged a runway show and boy is she back, big-time!

There are button-down shirts and then there are button-down shirts that vibrate with an opulent European-chic aura. I just discovered Callas Milano's sustainably-made-in-Italy shirts that yield excellent cost per wear, given that they work for daytime, dinners out and even as a holiday coverup. I also love this striped split neck blouse, this tie front-shirt, this skirt, and their glamorously-tailored suits, below. All molto bene!

If you feel like time is moving at mach speed, then Resort 2024 and what you'll be wearing then isn't too far off. For now, you'll be glad know that chino skirts will very much be involved and that its polished practicality is poised to work well in the future. Yesterday, Phillip Lim debuted his iteration of the upcoming trend, above, and it's easy to imagine wanting to wearing it everyday. As in right this minute! Thankfully, I can indulge in instant gratification with these versions from Abercrombie Fitch, below, Staud, Ganni, Sacai, and Juun J.

I think of my sister as a connoisseur of jeans, because she wears them daily for work. Her fashion photo shoots often have her squatting, running, constantly in action, so she needs clothes that move with her. Therefore, when she discovers a new pair that stands out from the rest, I take action too, and snag a pair for myself. Last week, she told me about her new white denim favorite, not only perfect on set, but for the summer--and beyond. They are the 90s Pinch Waist AGOLDE, with a high waist, straight leg and vintage-looking cut. She's not the only who swears by them: Paris-based Sara Ramen adores them as well! And, of course, I do too.

Okay, so they're not the most luxurious bags, but I adore fishnet totes. With or without lining, they are versatile, expandable, and statement-making, worthy of lugging everything from groceries to cute Prada clutches (above). J.Crew is making them in every color under the sun. I like H&M's $49 neutral iteration, below, along with these by Zara (similar to above), Longchamp, and Ultraviohat.

I've only recently discovered the wonderful benefits of satin pants, thanks to the silver And Other Stories, above! They're as versatile as jeans, but more comfortable, easier to dress up or down, and thoroughly more luxurious-feeling. So, I just invested in a few more from Enza Costa and Anine Bing.

A friend of mine called me the other day, panicked about packing for an upcoming vacation in Italy. I'm talking daunted to the point that she was on the brink of canceling her trip! After first volunteering to take her non-refundable hotel room off her hands, I assured her I would be more than happy to FaceTime with her and help her pack--with my eyes closed! Because what needs to go in her suitcase is obvious: nothing but clothes she can wear both day and night. A mix of staples and statement pieces, with a few flat sandals, a knit layer, and reliable sneakers. Basta! Two compelling collabs to check out! First up is Rhode x West Elm, which marries Rhode's playfully vivid trademark prints and West Elm's everyday practicality, manifest in hand-quilted mix and match bedding, above, bright, botanical-print dishes and table linens. Love! Also compelling: Cesta Collective and sustainable textile producer Kassatex created a luxe, vintage Italian Rivera-spirited beach capsule, complete with graphic-print, next-level plush cotton beach towels that practically lull you to nap, along with silk chevron sarongs, and the most chic beach bags.

My twin sister and I recently traveled to Marrakesh to celebrate a wonderful friend's milestone birthday, and, as per usual, we hit the ground running. On our first day (and everyday thereafter!), we meandered the Medina's sprawling, labyrinth-like alleyways, ogling everything from ceramics to hand-woven rugs to embroidered dresses, while dodging mopeds and donkeys. One night we made our way outside the bustling city to the Agafay Desert, a vast and dramatic red rock landscape of sandy dunes, gorges and canyons and danced under the stars. We indulged in spicy-meets-sweet tangines at Les Jardins du Lotus, a resplendent, vibrant-tiled 19th-century riad turned restaurant that's off the beaten track and feels like an enchanting secret garden. And we did it all, wearing the most do-it-all dresses and tunics from Tory Burch's new summer collection, pictured here.
