Converse sneakers seem to be popping up (again!) everywhere from Paris' couture shows (above) to Italy's Floating Piers (below) to, where else but, New York City's Home Depot. Now that's versatile! These practical, all-purpose kicks can also stand up the most elegant and girly dresses, as demonstrated in these snaps. While a punchy hue, like orange or red, makes more of a statement, I prefer a foolproof white or black.

Scrolling through my Instagram feed this morning gave me a serious case of wanderlust--and vacation dress envy!
