I wore these amazing snakeskin trousers last night to a stylish cocktail party hosted by Lauren Santo Domingo at the newly renovated Hotel Bel-Air (which now looks more modern glam, less retro chic). The pants are tapered, cuffed, high-waisted and super flattering. The pockets are even trimmed in leather. Readers, I kid you not when I tell you I received a bajillion compliments. People asked: Are they Chloe? Vintage? They're from H&M and cost a mere $50. Run, don't walk.

What do you think of this Elizabeth & James dress? Too Scarlet O'Hara? Too summery? I love it, the flowy sheerness, the print, the swishy length, and I was thinking I'd wear it--despite the dreary foggy weather--to a birthday party tomorrow night. I'd love to hear your opinion.
