The one upside to flying the (un)friendly skies right now is that the airlines are actually trying to be nice to their customers. My sister experienced this firsthand the other day, after flying from NY to LA and accidentally leaving behind her new leather on board. She assumed she'd never see it again, however, American Airlines not only found her jacket--but even delivered it to her door!
